The 'Clear Skies Initiative' -- you have to be heavily medicated to believe clear skies will come if we give tax breaks to people who buy gas-gorging SUVs. Shouldn't it really be called the 'Loosen Regulations So Corporate Polluters Can Make Huge Profits While Blowing Cancerous Chunks Into Our Lungs Initiative'?
